Plastic Gear Grease is a soft, smooth-consistency synthetic grease specially formulated for lubrication of plastic and rubber components, where standard industrial greases are often too aggressive or chemically incompatible. It is based on synthetic PAO oil with lithium soap thickener and remains stable across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.

It protects small gears, moving joints and precision components from wear, drying out and friction-induced noise, without attacking common engineering plastics such as POM, ABS, Nylon and Polycarbonate. Its soft consistency makes it ideal for delicate, low-torque mechanisms, giving smooth and quiet operation with good water resistance and oxidation stability.
