- Unplug the device
- Turn the adjusting bolts from both the sides.
- Lift the walking belt and apply silicone oil on the deck parallel to engine cover.
- Now tighten the bolts on both the sides what you have loosened earlier.
- The applied lubricant has to be distributed evenly on the track and the belt. For doing the same, run the treadmill for some time at low speed.
- Clean the edges of the track and the belt with a cloth.
- Lubricate the motorcycle chain with lubricant. It should be lubricated after running of 500 to 600k.m
- Simple layer of oil, doesn’t work on treadmill. It leads to friction and it can affect the working of it.
- Apply silicone oil in squiggle pattern. It helps to get distributed easily.
- Be very careful while moving the track, it should not be rubbed on any area or guide rails under treadmill.
- Regularly applying lubricants to your deck, gives less damage to your treadmill and it helps to add longevity to it.
- Place the treadmill on the surface, which can be easily cleaned. Remove excess of silicone oil from the surface.
